Purchased in 2017, September Song lives in covered moorage at Port of Everett, WA. She is used year around on a regular basis: crabbing, week-long vacations to the islands, once-a-week sleep-aboard all year. September Song is registered in the Vintage Yacht category with the Classic Yacht Association.
**Covered moorage at Port of Everett marina is transferable
Warm, comfortable and well equipped, September Song regularly hosts grandchildren and adult guests for sunset cruises, meals or whale watching. September Song has been safe and reliable, passing USCG vessel safety exams each year.
September Song is economical, burning less than 2 gallons of diesel per hour at cruising speed of 7 Knots.
1,600 new fasteners were professionally installed in 2017. September Song has been hauled and cleaned at least once each year. The bottom paint and hull paint are fresh. Brightwork inside and out is in good condition. The cabin exterior needs to be repainted. Flying bridge exterior needs work.
At our stage in life, we are no longer up to the maintenance required of a classic yacht and we need to part with September Song. The asking price is reduced due to the cosmetic repairs currently needed. If she is still with us in the spring, the repairs will be made, and the price will increase accordingly.
